I used Britannia in Falmouth to store my daughters belongings as she moved from student accommodation to a rented flat. The service was seamless and I loved the automation though the app. I would thoroughly recommend Britannia for storage - first class!
Brilliant storage facility. Everything is clean and new and easy to access. Was able to pick a bigger unit when I arrived and decided I needed more space- all remotely! There are trolleys available to use. A great service and would use again.
Britannia Lanes in Falmouth was a great place to store all our belongings and furniture whilst we went travelling for a year. Its really easy and convenient to access using the App and laid out in a way that moving things back and forth is really efficient.Thank you!Will
Britannia lanes team have been fantastic they where able to sort me out a storage unit in a matter of hours.The unit i had was at the new falmouth site which is all controlled by an app to get in and to unlock your storage unit.Very easy to use and you can share your access with other people that are helping you move items.There's a toilet on site which is spotless.The encounters with the staff at both truro and falmouth site have been a pleasure.I would recommend anyone to use the storage units and their removal side as well
A fantastic facility! We needed some storage very quickly and were unsure of the size we needed until we received the items. Sarah couldn't have been more helpful and was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. The storage unit is so user friendly - they also have ease of adding on insurance with them which made the whole process seamless and hassle free. Thanks to all the team at Britannia Lanes.
I would highly recommend Britannia lanes in Falmouth! Sarah was so helpful getting us set up with a unit to store our belongings while we looked for somewhere to live including finding the right size of unit for what we had and being really helpful with any questions that I had.
I met Sarah from Britannia at their new storage facility in Falmouth. She was relaxed, extremely professional & informative. I know it’s where you tend to store your “leftovers”, but I felt so at ease knowing they’d clearly thought of every permutation & no question I thought of was left unanswered. The new self storage facility at Falmouth is exactly what we needed with access whenever we choose. With a huge variety of storage sizes, at very reasonable costs, we were able to choose one that exactly suited our requirements. Extremely easy access enabled our 18ton HGV to park right outside. Then, using the "flatbed" trolleys provided, move all our 1000 cubic foot of belongings to our chosen lockup. Britannia Lanes and all their staff could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process.
